Last Updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous versions. gh99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gh99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the gh99.app website, its subpages, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, and any related services provided by gh99.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the gh99 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing gh99 on behalf of another party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

gh99 may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of gh99 after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Supplementary Policies

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with gh99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on gh99.app. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on gh99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of, or accessing the platform from, Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended gh99 account under any name or identity.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or local ordinance applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

gh99 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all players prior to processing the first withdrawal request. gh99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point during a player's registration or active use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Access Prevention

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access gh99.app. gh99 recommends using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on devices used by minors. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately without payment of any winnings, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities where legally required.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of gh99 services including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gameplay, players must register a personal account on gh99.app. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 2 above.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You must ensure that the information provided at registration corresponds exactly to the identity documents you will later present during KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on gh99. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or any combination of details — is strictly prohibited. gh99 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus balances will be voided, and any withdrawable balances will be subject to review in accordance with gh99's fraud prevention procedures.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gh99 account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gh99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gh99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. gh99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from the player's failure to adequately secure their credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method information — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gh99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gh99 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's gh99 wallet within seconds of confirmation by the respective mobile financial service provider. Card deposits are subject to standard processing times. gh99 does not charge any platform-level fee on deposits; however, players should be aware that their MFS provider or bank may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own fee schedule, for which gh99 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. gh99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its fraud prevention and AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must have completed the full KYC identity verification process as described in Section 2.1. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals requested during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three BST business days.

gh99 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such reviews are conducted solely to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of the player's funds. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with a clear explanation.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on gh99 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gh99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. Players transacting via Visa or Mastercard should ensure their card is configured to charge in BDT to avoid any card-issuer currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gh99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, time limits, and maximum win caps. These Terms provide the general framework within which all individual bonus terms operate.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to wagering requirements which require the player to wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) a defined number of times before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus credit expires automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

gh99 reserves the right to void bonus credit and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses; exploiting a software error or misconfiguration to generate disproportionate bonus credit; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

gh99 runs periodic promotional campaigns aligned with key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (26 March), Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket events such as the BPL season and ICC T20 World Cup. All seasonal promotions are governed by their own specific terms published on gh99.app at the time of launch. gh99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

gh99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All casino games available on gh99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by regulated game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting the outcome or continuation of a game round, gh99's technical team will investigate the affected round using server-side records. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to gh99's platform, the player's stake for that round will be returned to their wallet. gh99 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or local power outage during an active game session.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on gh99's sportsbook are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to official match result verification before settlement. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or its result is declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on the affected market will be settled in accordance with gh99's void-bet policy, which in most cases results in the return of stakes at odds of 1.0.

6.3 Responsible Betting Practices

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits using the responsible gaming tools available in their gh99 account settings. gh99 actively promotes responsible gaming and provides self-exclusion options for players who feel their gambling behaviour may be causing harm. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh99 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the gh99 platform as a mechanism to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. gh99 is committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or share information in live poker or other competitive formats in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to gh99 following genuine use of the funds for gameplay.
• Automated Gameplay: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the platform, or simulate human player activity without prior written authorisation from gh99.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided regardless of the account's overall standing.
• Underage Registration: Registering an account while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use your gh99 account.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language toward gh99 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

gh99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or patterns consistent with money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their gh99 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no gameplay). gh99 will notify the registered email address prior to applying a dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to cover administrative costs. The dormant fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a new identity verification step if prompted by the system.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, gh99's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the gh99 customer support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction as determined by the applicable legal framework in Bangladesh.
